These terms govern your use of the Whistle & Wander website and the purchase of any products, including digital magazine issues and subscriptions.

1. About Us Whistle & Wander is a digital heritage railway magazine. By using this website or making a purchase, you agree to these terms.

2. Digital Products All products sold on this site are digital. Upon completing a purchase, you will receive access to your content via email or your account. You are granted a personal, non-commercial licence to access and read the content. You may not redistribute, resell, or share your access with others.

3. Subscriptions Subscriptions are billed on a recurring monthly basis. You may cancel at any time through your account or by contacting us. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period.

4. Payments All prices are in GBP. Payments are processed securely via Shopify Payments or PayPal. We do not store your payment details.

5. Intellectual Property All content published in Whistle & Wander — including text, images, and design — remains the intellectual property of Whistle & Wander and its contributors. Unauthorised reproduction is not permitted.

6. Governing Law These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
