Returns & Refunds Policy

At Whistle & Wander, all products are digital — including magazine issues, subscriptions, and downloadable files. Because of the nature of digital content, we are unable to offer refunds once a file has been downloaded or access has been granted.

Digital Downloads Once a digital issue has been downloaded, it is non-refundable. This is in accordance with UK consumer law, which provides that the right to cancel does not apply to digital content once downloading has begun, provided the customer has given prior consent.

Subscriptions If you purchase a subscription, you may cancel at any time to prevent future charges. Cancellations take effect at the end of your current billing period — you will retain access until then. We do not offer partial refunds for unused subscription time.

Something gone wrong? If you experience a technical issue — such as a file not downloading correctly or being unable to access your purchase — please get in touch and we'll do everything we can to help.
